Despite his low magical aptitude and status as a "Weed," Tatsuya is far from ordinary—he possesses unparalleled technical expertise, remarkable combat abilities, and unique magical skills, making him an anomaly at the magical school.

The subsequent year has begun. Mikihiko has been elevated to Course 1, Tatsuya has entered the new Magical Engineering Course, and inconvenience is preparing between Saegusa Mayumi's more youthful twin sisters and first year agent Shippou Takuma, an individual from the 18 Assistant House's Shippou Household.

The Ten Master Clans Conference is bombed by terrorists. n July 2096, the late spring occasion of the year for the public wizardry secondary school rivalry, known as the "Nine Schools Competition" will be held. Anyway the guidelines for this "Nine Schools Competition" are not the same as earlier years. One month before the "Nine Schools Competition", critical changes in the standards and occasions were made which constrained every one of the public sorcery secondary schools to be occupied as of recently of the opposition.
