Another mysterious magical girl named Homura Akemi tries to prevent Madoka from agreeing to the contract.

Mikihiko has been elevated to Course 1, Tatsuya has entered the new Magical Engineering Course, and inconvenience is preparing between Saegusa Mayumi's more youthful twin sisters and first year agent Shippou Takuma, an individual from the 18 Assistant House's Shippou Household.
