Nokemono-tachi no Yoru

Synopsis:

At the end of the 19th century, Wisteria is an orphan girl who lives in a part of the British Empire. Until she meets Malbus, a powerful immortal being with a furry appearance who is being pursued by hunters. Her life is desolate and bleak. Wisteria and Malbus travel the Empire, which is home to both humans and creatures that resemble humans, together in search of a peaceful home.
