Synopsis:

A special interpretation of the 'assasin-for-contract' story, as the assasin "Tsubame" really is four distinctive individuals with four unique modes to murder. Penguin is a little calm child who has brutal expert rifleman aptitudes, Washi (Owl) has a colossal gattling weapon joined to his shoulder to cut down his adversaries for "equity," Suzume the charming young lady who wields double guns, and obviously Tsubame himself who lean towards gigantic rifles and hand to hand fighting. The four have a mechanical arm which when exchanged permits one of the others to take control. How did Tsubame wind up along these lines? What is the mystery of the arm?
